True, a waste of taxpayer money to some extent, well there's an answer to that, be a teacher, a union official, get some you tax money back. It's a joke. The regents diploma is a set up for failure for some kids.

What's interesting is that within the US the smartest states are: Vermont Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Jersey Maine.
