I just had a internet connection issue and when I went to trouble shoot it it gives me a message that says something like "Please Visit supportsite.com for more options". Come on, my connection is down and the help panel says I need to visit a website. If I could visit any website I would not need the help! I got to ask how many other dumb messages like this one have you ran into. There should be a place to address issues like this.
