That's interesting, it should be vulnerable to the new nasal sprays then. I'd always assumed it was jab because with smallpox inoculation they would take a pointed tool, stick it into a smallpox infected sore and then jab it into the arm under the skin of the person being inoculated. Anyway Omicron may be exactly what we need to end this in a year or two, very contagious, not as lethal (hopefully and it stays that way). Viruses of the nasopharanx and lungs tend to block each other. The snag is its so contagious it can swamp emergency care anyway.
