I had a condo in the City of Chicago for several years. For the first couple years, I owned a car - which made questionable financial sense as compared to calling a taxi or renting a car if need be.
By 2027 we have no need to leave our houses. Amazon will deliver everything we need, virtual reality will replace the need to go to work and AI will take care of the rest. The kids today will be the last generation that will know how to drive a car.
