Study: No Carbs should be in Post Workout Shake

    I don't keep track, I just eat a lot of veggies and fruits as well as mixing legumes and grains which provide a full protein profile. I also eat a fair amount of seafood and poultry.

    Don't get me wrong, when it's time to have BBQ ribs, I enjoy them without a shred of guilt. :D

  3. "Fair amount" sounds about right. Why even think about commercial "protein powder"? Ground up..what??? You don't and can't know.

  6. Oh please, I am trying to kick that bad habit. I've scarfed them 5X/month for last 8 yrs or so. Put 30lbs of fat on me.. :(but took several thousand lbs of ribs to do it I eat 2 or 3 portions each time:)
