I don't keep track, I just eat a lot of veggies and fruits as well as mixing legumes and grains which provide a full protein profile. I also eat a fair amount of seafood and poultry.
"Fair amount" sounds about right. Why even think about commercial "protein powder"? Ground up..what??? You don't and can't know.
One thing can be sure of it will consist of a CHEAP source. Health and safety is a distant 2nd and third
Oh please, I am trying to kick that bad habit. I've scarfed them 5X/month for last 8 yrs or so. Put 30lbs of fat on me.. but took several thousand lbs of ribs to do it I eat 2 or 3 portions each time
