i have multiple accounts and assent is the only one with issues. in the meantime i have multiple orders floating and they cannot tell me a thing. it is not a sdot issue, it is an assent issue, this is ridiculous, 50 minutes and still no answer. goodbye assent.
I'm in the same boat with stuck pending orders. They told me it was a sdot problem... Hmmm... At this point I just want my orders cancelled...
its always on your end or the exchange. its impossible for assent to make a mistake. after all, they are the Italian mafia of the daytrading community. you gotta hand it to them though, anvil is amazing when its working correctly.
