No, gravity is a field in which bodies of mass interact. They call it the "gravitational field." Bodies do not create the gravity within the gravitational field. The field causes the attraction, not the bodies of mass. No, he doesn't have gravity, nor does a baseball have gravity. Bodies have mass which is separate from gravity. Bodies are not a force, nor are they the cause of the force of gravity.
