Mav is right (i hate to say it) when he says it's all about the cals intake.. thats 95% of the equation (with regard losing weight as only consideration) cals in VS cals expended. the rest is FLUFF. with this i dont know where GG is coming from.. i dont care what venuto says reduce you cals and you will lose weight and get ripped. screw that "high protein/low carb" shite venuto espouses. he is plain wrong! :-/
