They have been driving the tech generals to almost all time high like AAPL..the commodity stocks are still way way behind.. recession is over (technically! so the X JOYG BUCY will go higher.

DRYS above $7.77 today.

 

I mentioned C bottoming 2 days ago..yes it did..higher than Tuesday's high will be very bullish.
