Strategy Runner down

I was in the middle of switching from IB to Strategy Runner for increased reliability and wake up this morning and the entire system is down.

Very hard to have much faith when the system goes down on your third day!!!

 

My question: does anyone has experience with S/R? Is this a normal occurrence?

 

I have found SR to be very reliable. No problems at all this morning
