Strategy Desk for generating FX signals?

Does anybody use this software to generate forex signals? I believe you could scan a currency ETF to do this reasonably well. The main problem is ETFs sometimes have strange divergences and could set off a false signal if you trade spot. Also the fact that if you want to trade your signals after hours scanning off an ETF won't work. Any suggestions?

 

Why not scan currency futures instead? For EUR/USD, for instance, you'd look at 6E or M6E.
