There are NO witnesses saying Zimmerman and Martin were facing each other upright. If there were any such witnesses then they would have been in court as witnesses for the prosecution.
I can't wear my black hoodie at night. At the time I didn't know it's a goddam gangsta uniform, what do I know, I don't live in/ visit ANY black neighborhoods. I'm walking back from the store and some Black guys visiting for a sporting event practically were begging for mercy. They were scared, they were explaining how they were just going to a sporting event.. they thought I was a black gangsta I guess. I could have had a .9mm in hand, concealed by the big front pocket thingy... I wouldn't want to live in fear like that.
