  1. Why do the markets not move in straight lines?

Because the participants don't agree about which straight line it should move on?

  3. Why should any price negotiation move in straight lines? What is a market? How do markets behave?

  4. Who decides on the price? Who calculates the price day by day, hour by hour and so on?

  5. Why are prices different everyday ? Why can't they just just stop moving so everybody can buy and sell at the same price ? Nobody loses, everybody wins....

  6. Are companies actually bothered about share prices and stock holders?

  7. If poor stock performance means the CEO and board are feeling pressure from the sharedholders and at risk of getting ousted you can be quite sure that they are bothered. :p

you see market prices are based on mind/mental/thought process. we all stand and live on earth which has gravitational field of its own and is also influenced by the fields of other planets. so when planets move around the field causes our thought/emotions/logic etc. to rise and fall on various issues and hence we evaluate things differently at different times. moon is one source that influences our minds in strongest manner due to the vicinity.

thoughts are the most basic and most powerful of all the karma. breathing can be stopped for a little while but thoughts cannot be. one can modify their thought process but can never become thoughtless. these thoughts are the basis of the price judgement of the markets. thoughts create reality and there is no doubt about it.

  9. At the AGM of any given company, if one of the board were to stand up and quote you (above), after a particulary bad year,...what kind of response do you think he/she would be met with?

He will have a very hard time explaining the logic and might even lose few clients. No doubt! certain informations need to be kept upto oneself or in more knowledgable circle. No wonder in the investment performance community it is very hard to find truthful service providers.
