  1. I find some inconsistency here my friend. What side are you on??? Or do you have mixed feelings???

    I smell hypocrisy.

People did understand the ARM. Banksters were telling people they'd be able to sell their house at a higher price before rate reset. It was a bubble of a bull market and just like any other bubble traders/investors/speculators (whatever you want to call them) didn't think the bull market would end because housing prices "always" go up. Hell, bank risk models wouldn't even accept a negative number for growth. The Banks and Borrowers are equally at fault.

  3. You sound like a commie who sucked Castro's #$%! for most of your life. Now you are here in America and you have some ridiculous sense of entitlement. You are a loser. You will always be a loser.

  4. First saying someone is "full of crap" is not on the same comntinent as what people have been saying about OP.
Second, are you stupid? Every comment on this board in every thread is someone "giving their opinion", and usually uninvited, especially on this thread. BTW, no one asked for your opinion either. What makes you think you have the right to express your opinion, but "decide" that others shouldn't.
Hypocrisy if there every was. Get a clue.

  5. This is serious talk my friend. I was never a commie. Also what do you mean about entitlement??

Maybe I am a loser, maybe not. I only live to my family expectations and they are no commies nor they feel any sense of entitlement to anything.

You are correct. If I was more motivated, I would have gotten a degree. I however made poor life choices and instead didn't finish college. I have only myself to blame for that.

I accepted the consequences of my actions and put in the hard work necessary to pay off my debt.

The question is, are you willing to put in the hard work necessary to accept the consequences of your actions?

  7. No arguments here.

  8. First of all, you said EVERYONE who disagreed with the OP was full of crap. Not everyone spit vitriol but rather expressed frustration with his actions but you decided to blanket everyone as being 'full of crap'.

Secondly, if you decide to attack a group of people you should expect someone will respond. And I did, I disagreed with you! You proceeded to immediately tell me to 'take my head out of my ass, dipshit'.

YOU took it to the next level, not me. Don't now try and turn this around.

  9. You bet I am. Thanks for taking your time to debate.

  10. You are the one turning it around with more hypocrisy. Seriously, are you trying to be an idiot or really don't understand what you read.
First I DID NOT SAY everyone who disagrees with OP is full of crap. Read the post again and you will see that I wrote those "BASHING the OP for his decision are full of crap". I did not say those who disagree, only those who are BASHING him.
Again, I did NOT blanket "everyone" as you FALSELY accuse me.
I do not care if you (or some else) expresses disagreement with me, but don't put words I didn't use in my mouth and don't distort what i say to serve your own ends.
You are now welcome to apologize and admit you were wrong.
    :)
