See, now that's your problem. I never claimed it was right or wrong. It's just business. And if you can't understand that, then too bad.
Funny, they sometimes say this when someone is about to get shot in the back of the head .... It's not just business all of the time, unless of course you are made from the same material as bernardski made-off....hey, more power to you if you are. I just hope that you limit your preying on the weak to business associates and not your family and kids. You can always go to work at a nursing home and extort money from the elderly ...
Good vs. Evil Black vs. White so on so on so on. Life is not that simple guys................and credit cards companies, banks, the fed and everyone else in a position to hurt you KNOWS THAT.
LOL, you can't even get this right. How much do you want to bet on it? Any time you want to put on an $$$ bet, we'll get a lawyer and make it official. Trading is a game. All parties enter it knowing full well they can win or lose their money. I'm not sabotaging someone else to get ahead, and someone is not manipulating me to trade one way or another. Take some responsibility.
Antisocial personality disorder, mmm i love experts there so... right about everything (like you).Funny how my family friends and associates have failed to spot this, but a total stranger here, knows me like the back of his hand. Do know the difference between right and wrong, but don't dictate to others how they should act.I am not changing my story about spanish my opinion is as i said, dont twist my meaning to fit your argument, which i get the feeling you're enjoying!. Does it make you feel good about yourself setting yourself up as a self appointed judge and jury? You are conveying the picture that you are mr perfect-does anyone here honestly claim to NEVER having done anything that conflicts with the law or others morals.According to you,a person is a loser even when their life has completely changed because as someone else here said 'a loser is a loser' Presumably we should not seek to rehabilitate criminals ,just throw away the key yeah? I was never a 'bleeding heart liberal' but you're arguments are almost turning me into one!
Yes, god forbid we should be intelligent and disagree with you.Busted from this thread!? what for?Because we have different opinions. What happened to the right of free speech you guys are so fond of. I too, wish some of the 'good and normal people' would speak up.Where shall we start? When was the last time you sent any aid to the starving in Africa? Did you protest outside Washington over the illegal war prosecuted in your name- a war built on a pack of lies? In the UK there are people who cannot afford to buy homes in the towns they have lived all their lives because 'good & normal people' are buying second properties as holiday homes. How moral is that? Sure isn't illegal though.
We're discussing defaulting on debts here, not murdering families. But the fact that you even try to equate the two shows that you lack the capacity to put your emotions aside in the subject matter. The counterparties in the consumer debt game are parasitic institutions that do not make money unless you default & get caught on fees & default rates. There are no morals & values involved, it's just business. It's funny, cause most of the posters in this thread glorify Donald Trump to be a super smart businessman. He is a guy notorious for screwing over lenders and even making a tactical business move out of it in which he walks away with more personal assets. Get a clue, really.
I do have sympathy toward the first and second guys, but I have no sympathy for the third and subsequent guys who were deceived by Trump. They do deserve for that kind of treatment since it never come to their head that Trump had business bankruptcies but NEVER personal bankruptcy.
I will just add something final to this thread, since many people now are just floating it wayyy off-topic and not actually focusing on the core aspects of it. You take the act of taking out money on creditcards and then not paying any of it backand compare it to chasing after little kids shooting them with a lazer gun... or any other wild scenarios you want, since that makes it look like its also some horrible crime. But the fact is why the fuk do you guys care so much about personal views of morals n opinion....., when at the end of the day anyone else here who trades serious as their job does know that 'personal opinions' mean absolutely nothing in the real world, 'THE FACTS' are everything. And the FACTS are that legally maxing out creditcards and never paying it back IS NOT a crime!! (Yes fair enough it may be a 'nasty' thing to do, may not be what the pope or jesus would do, may not be what teachers will teach kids in nursery school) But at the end of the day when you see loads of other people ding it and getting away with it then you happily do it too, since its not actually a crime. People can give the example of killing someone to steal their money or wild examples like that saying that your still doing it for the money...., but heres the big big difference that all those nitwit posters overlooked, KILLING would be a crime, but MAXING OUT THEN NOT PAYING CCs is not a crime. Ive said repeatedly and il say it again, i didnt set the laws ok. I wasnt the 1 who choose what is legal and what is illegal and would end you up in prison. Im simply a guy who had a look at the law book after it was written, saw what was illegal and what wasnt, and so then made sure that i didnt do anything illegal in my daily dealings. You can again talk about morals, but look at it this way..... Stealing diamonds from a highstreet shop is illegal, so you dont do it. But what if tomorrow the law changed and said that going diamond shops and taking diamonds without paying is not illegal anymore. How many people out there in the wolrd would 'honestly' not ust go and take them wen they wanted them, nd would instead work hard for ages, save up all their money instead of spending it on other stuff, and then walk into the shop and queue up to pay for the diamonds, while other people just walked in and out stealing them..... If maxing out CCs and then not paying them back was reclassified legally as being a crime that would actually have a penalty or prison, then me and 96% of the population wouldnt do it...., Just like we dont do other things that are 'illegal'. But untill/unless it does become illegal then its fair game.
it should be a crime you fuckin deadbeat loser. its not like tax avoidance - which every person has a legal duty to try and do. it's out and out breach of contract. you buy something and promise to pay back and then you don't. that fucks up the system for people who honestly use CC's. you are a schmuck, a loser, a douchebag to the fullest extent.
