Arable land of course. Expanding the world's deserts while pushing cereal grain production to higher latitudes is a very bad idea. Those soils will not support grasses without what is probably an impossible amount of soil amending. The good news is that the process will be mostly a slow motion train wreck for Man. Excepting the occasional failed worldwide harvest, and the mass migrations and wars. ; )
nothing they grow in Iowa or Illinois are edible cereals except maybe for hogs or cattle. It all goes to ethanol or corn syrup or China. (unless you consider soybean oil a food) get farther south and you see all the destruction to aquaculture we pay for corn and beans. Besides, Iowa can grow more beans than the world can consume.
If CO2 wasn't good for the atmosphere, dummy, God would have made us so we breathed it in rather than out.
God has designed some CO2 air ducts on earth! Probably we still need to understand our planet more! http://www.elitetrader.com/et/index.php?threads/10-most-mysterious-places-on-earth.297759/
Not sure how to react to this, since I can't recall you ever hitting me with an insult. You've caught me off guard and winded, having just unloaded on wildchild. : )
There are times I find it difficult to be serious. This is one of those. Give yourself some time. I'm confident you can come up with a mutually enjoyable counter insult we can both chuckle over.
The only species I know of who intentially digs in the ground and extracts fossil fuels or creates charcoal, and burns up in one day what it takes the earth a million years to produce is homo sapien. And he is kind of new so we don't yet know exactly what he is capabable of doing.
