Been a bad week, someone stole my laptop, it's windows password 'secured' but I just read that this can be hacked with a free online crack. I didn't save any passwords on there but I want to do everything I can to disable / wipe the machine and prevent any data theft. Is there any way to do this? I have 'log me in' on this machine, it says it's been offline since it was stolen last night. Thanks a lot for any suggestions or advice.
I set up a TrueCrypt hidden partition on all my machines and set all programs such as browsers, email, RoboForm etc to store personal files there. This way if someone gets ahold of the machine they won't be able to access anything but a standard Windows installation.

Thanks, I sent off a couple of emails to those companies but looks like I should have thought about this before it got stolen. If I'm lucky I'll catch them online through logmein stats but I'm not holding my breath. Time to buy a new laptop. Thanks again.
