And for whoever said the shaving allows traders to violate the FIFO rule, you just have to look at it as the FIFO rule applied to smaller increment price scales.

 

How can it violate anything, you are IMPROVING the price.

A sub dollar stock SHOULD trade sub penny. At $1, 1 cent is 1%. Thats like goog trading with a $3 spread. Get real.
