Stocks with 10% plus dividend or returns

SPH: Been in it forever in my income-generating account, no reason for it to be this low. Raises its dividend every year like clockwork. Simple, recession-proof business.

 

the reason is liquidity crunch .

stocks in the 70's were very cheap too.

 

with a 10 million portfolio. 15% is like '1.5 million annual cashflow' or income from portfolio.

 

and these are solid blue chip companies with assets and positive cashflow too.

with billion dollar revenues.
