After watching the market daily for almost three years now I am awestruck by the synchronicity of the different indexes, futures and etf's. I trade the minis and used to watch INDU and COMPQ, QQQ and SPY etc. for indicators but found no value in doing so. The arbs are so efficient that it is mind boggling how close they all track each other. In a recent thread someone said that $SOX often leads NQ. I am watching this now. Nitro and Old Trader say they watch certain stocks as leading indicators. In this thread I would ask some of you experienced traders to share which stocks and sectors etc. that you find valuable as leading indicators. TIA.
