I bought NAIL when the Market panicked with i-rates. Added XHB, LEN, DHI, SSD(Great strong walls), BECN, TPH, Pulte-Centex, TREX because there’s no inventory. I have friends booked months out on tresses(Six months), framing and roofing jobs. You can’t find enough pipe fitters, masons, electricians, ect. The builders refused to get burned like 2008-11. Unless we magically come up with a glut, they’re going higher! Look at BZH and NVR.
Man, they tried. They worked their ass off to stop me out. Came very close but failed to hit my stop. Didn't someone say placing the proper stop is a work of art?
Here's another one I find interesting. It's been dumpster diving for the last 16 months, but have finally turned the corner IMO. It also gapped up this week, breaking out of the long hibernation. I think you could easily double your investment if this thing shoots up. Upside target range: $45 - $50 WEEKLY DAILY
well it came close today. Doesn’t mean it won’t hit on Monday or sometimes next week? Are u gonna adjust that stop loss or u one of those type once u set it u forget it?
I don’t have my charts, this stock had big buyers of the May $5 calls and the chart looks excellent. evlv stock https://finance.yahoo.com/chart/EVL...0aW1lVW5pdCI6bnVsbCwic2V0U3BhbiI6bnVsbH1dfQ--
No, I'm leaving it along. I don't choose my stops willy-nilly. If it hits my stop, that usually means there's an increased probability that it will head lower IMO. In that case, I would much rather reenter at lower price than to sit through a mounting loss.
It sure does look good. Hope you got in already. There's still some more room left IMO, up to $6.20 area. But I dunno if I would feel comfortable buying at the current level. Again, I would rather wait until it retests the support at $4.
Jesus Christ-- EVLV is the stock we took from $1-------> $4 NOW IT LOOKS GOOD-! I want to be nice but this thread is not getting off to a good start at all. I need places to get you guys straight without posting every day. Think about lending. Banks aren't doing it.. who is? ~SI
