I would like to review a list of stocks that were diluted in value due to private equity group deals--if you have any ideas. A classical one was with DRL, where the private equity group acquired 80% of the company at a greatly diluted price. [I recently saw this syndrom by TMA (where under certain terms the creditors would get a % of the company at $.01 per share), and in the first proposed deal by BSC (where JPM would still get a stake for $2/share even if the deal is rejected), but would like to hear actual deals made over the last couple years]. Thanks in advance.
