Hey gringo, I remember you used to be a fan of the yellow metal, it is looking good to be at support for a long term long, maybe a once in a lifetime buying opportunity; - Bounce at the monthly 2005 Trendline. - Support holding for a third time IF the next downwave results in a HL, I see a good buying opportunity. Are you following this useless but to many valuable metals price action?
It will definitely be interesting to see how this area plays out over time, but I wouldn't be quite as eager as you are to buy so soon. I think it might take a little longer than this for such a macro-trend to roll over into long-term appreciation once again. I think it will probably be the beginning of next year before we really start to see some convincing places for long-term buys, if nothing drastically unexpected occurs and things keep playing out similar to they are now.
Jesus christ that´s a lot of lines! I am not sure how you can anticipate all those price waves, I struggle anticipating the following wave let alone the next 10 waves.. But it seems like you know what you are doing, let´s see how it all pans out, I´ll post my entry.
Haha, don't take it for Gospel. I just drew a rough sketch of a possible reality I could see playing out; and I'll be very interested to compare my projection to an actual chart six months from now, and learn a few things.
Hi Tupapa, Yes I keep an eye on the yellow metal. I'll post something if a suitable entry presents itself.
BBRY has moved up respectably from the entry. It's consolidating at the moment. The action seems constructive because the price has stayed closer to the upward gains made instead of dropping below the 50% of the upside move. We can see a small hinge on the hourly bar interval. If price breaks down here I might exit. For now I am continuing to hold my calls. Notice also the QQQ has moved above the channel mean (grey dotted line) and price might push to 100 or to the upper channel. This increases the odds towards the long side to some extent. So far the strength hasn't waned as far as demand is concerned. When that happens we'll have to re-evaluate the position. Gringo
Hi Jayce, My option money management isn't very sophisticated. Price is the main criteria for me to decide whether to stay in or out. The use of options is discretionary. I do prefer heavier involvement when I go into something. Gringo
