  1. Examination on BLK

    Down 6% today

    Intraday High on friday,

I would have entered on thursday but could not get filled.

    Goldman downgraded this stock today,

Its things that make me wonder here, why would g downgrade it now unless to push down price

Goldman downgrades because the stock that was bought on friday was not bought by players, it was bought by some mini fund or retail or something.

But I wonder if I bought on thursday, Then spurted up on friday, I could have net 4% , but would I have closed out part of the position to lock in gains?

Why did it gap down 3%? Even though it did gap down, my entry on thursday would still be in the money.

So theres no buying pressure at all along with price movement, We should try to take profits once we see volume divergence. I usually set it and forget it
but this has made me start thinking how much more profits I can cull from each trade if I took profits relgiously.

That is the name of the game isn't it.

A good behaving stock will make around 0.8% per day

    5 days 4%

    10 days 8%

    20 days 15%

By 20th day I'll take profits
