Stock-Surfing the Tsunami

    When the Tsunami is few miles inside the ocean, it looks like a still & small tidal wave. But when the tsunami reaches shores, people realise that the Tidal wave is 100 feet high and traveling at 800 kmph.

    By this time it is too late and the tsunami destroys everything.

    Us traders on ET should get a bit more organized and start posting comments on these types of articles to counter the 'traders are wall street scum' attitude that's so prevalent. I know it's only a drop in the ocean, but with no organized voice, it's something.

    I don't care what people think of me, but I do care about talk of more regulation and taxes on what we do.

    I agree. We need to point out that it was the over the counter credit market or big bank credit market that blew the economy up.
