How do people select their stocks for trading?
What criteria do they look for?

I think some people use market scanner services.
However criteria do *you* use for stock picking?

 

I pin up a list of the nasdaq 100 and throw a dart at the list.

Whatever stock it lands on a buy

a also look for consolidation near an established price trend End of day setting the stock up for a possible breakout intraday.
