A fucking moron buys a penny stock, talks his equally moronic buddy into buying this same penny stock. The dumb buddy, with NO research whatsoever, buys on this "hot tip," and then bitches when it ACTS like a penny stock - perfect! Was the stock "manipulated?" He probably got that part right. Take the above scenerio and consider what happens when stocks like this are touted in thousands of e-mail spams and fools like this buy. They all get what they deserve.
