Stock "halts"

Any ideas for how to trade a stock that was "halted" once it reopens?

 

Learned the hard way not to jump in too fast. Let stock stabilize, then jump in if you see trend.

 

If you are so inclined, you can place a limit on open or market on open order on listed stocks, just like you can before they open at 9:30. The specialist will publish an indication as well if it's going to re-open with a significant change in price.
