Stock Files

I don't know if this is the correct forum to be asking this question, but here goes. I am looking for updated files in either .csv, .txt. xls etc. of the NASDAQ, NYSE, etc. I used to have a site that I had bookmarked, but I lost it and all the files when my hard drive crashed. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

 

Depending on what you need, I suggest to take a look at QuoteMonster at http://xmlworks.com/quotemonster/ which comes either as a Perl script or a Java app and lets you download historical price quotes from Yahoo!. I would prefer a solution like that over right-clicking, Save as ... orgies. But your mileage may vary.

I use that right now for my charts. I was looking for lists of NASDAQ, NYSE, Amex in any of those formats.

 

take qchart trial and download any lost file.
