    Does anyone know which broker offer MT4 platform?

    From their own webpage:

    MetaTrader 4 is an online trading complex designed to provide broker services to customers at Forex, Futures and CFD markets.

    So I don't think you are going to find any brokers using MT4 to trade stocks.
