Sorry. It's my first and only post on it. But some think stimulus is great and they only need to watch MSNBC for all the news. The more exposure (oops!) of this kind of thing, the better. Of course, this is just a drop in the bucket. Billions have been wasted over the years on other such nonsense. But to think what our tax dollars are wasted on should anyone with a functioning brain sick.
now if the dollars went towards outright sterilization and not washing, then it would have my full support and then some (times three billion).
