No, it is not required..... You may use it fully dressed. I'd even recommend that, at least during winter...

get an inversion table and hang by you feet. It is good for the circulation and might give you a different perspective on your trading...

Haven't got a stiff neck but have got a sore ass, from all the whipping I get from Mr Market.

 

I think that these post are starting to get way off of the original subject. But I need a new chair too. One that can be bolted down to the ground so I can't throw it when I get mad.

 

This one is bolted down. It may also help with Mike777's problem.

Looks good, but I'd prefer a multimonitor setup. Do you know if that model comes with a multimonitor option? lol

I also have the Herman Miller chair. Very comfy. Highly recommended.

Also, my monitors are on a raised platform and the middle of the monitors is about even with my eyes. After a lot of messing around with different setups, I have found that this is the most comfortable for me.
