    This won't be about front running. Cohan - it sounds like -is creating another pool like Fidelity's Luminex where much of the value will come from flow avoiding information loss and the value of the "Big Data" information content of the flow. He will have too much attention drawn to him to do anything that may even "smell" suspicious. If I'm a tape reader I would find a lot more value in having a "clean" tape.

    The U.S. hedge fund manager Steven Cohen, who was banned for two years by the SEC over insider trading, wants to get back into Europe by reopening his fund to investors in the U.K. However, the British Financial Conduct Authority is reportedly blocking him on the basis that he is not "fit and proper" to manage other people's money there again.
