  2. Thats cool, but the thing is I created this thread for a laugh and if you look at my previous posts it is obvious that I can't be serious. I used to post seriously here, but this place is such a joke that I stopped doing that a long time ago. The funny part (or scary part) is that many of you take these posts so seriously to the point where you are making threats of violence and actually performing trades based on them. You come back at me like I was being deadly serious and then try to offend me. The truth is that I am sitting here laughing, but I did think it went too far with the threats of violence. I dont want to see anyone hauled off by the Sheriff accused of terrorist threats.

These threads do serve a purpose. The purpose it served was a psychological experiment to see how you would react. Some you allege to be professional traders, but you certainly do not act that way. If I wanted a surgeon to operate on me or even have someone do some carpentry work, would I hire any of you after seeing some of highly emotional responses? No, I would be scared to hire you. In that same way, I am scared that some of you are actually trading with real money.

In regards to Maverick74, I know I would never trade with his firm or have any dealings with him. He can't even handle a controversial or adverse messageboard post. How would he handle things when they really started to heat up at the firm? I would not want to find out.

So these posts do serve a purpose demonstrating how some of you handle a controversial post that is obviously not all that serious.

I bid you adios for the day, this psychological experiment is over.

So you posted 20 times about a position you never had? Wow. I guess that's what happens when you miss your morning meds. And retail boy, don't worry about my firm, you would never make it past the background check. Rest assured, no one on this site is taking you seriously.

  4. You could have stayed quiet and looked like a fool, but instead you chose to open your mouth and remove all doubt. Who am I? I am a nameless faceless alias and the ip address I am using will not trace back to me. I have made no representations so I have nothing to lose by posting whatever I want.

On the other hand, you have an actual company and do some soliciting/advertising here. We can actually figure out your real name. People from your firm might be actually reading this stuff and how does your material on here represent you? Then there is the question of why you are on the internet all day when you are in charge of a firm. Don't you have other pressing responsibilities?

Everyone knows who I am. Im just some dweebish troll on the internet, but no one knows who you are. You report to have a successful prop trading firm, but you spend all your time on here chasing internet trolls trying to insult them. So it makes me wonder who you really are and the success of your so called firm. Why put yourself out there like this especially when anyone at your firm can read this and come to their own conclusions.

Dude, what kind of gibberish is this? I ask you how your short in AAPL is doing and you act like I just blew up a school. LOL. What exactly did I say that offended you? BTW, big guy, most people on here know who I am. My name has been posted numerous times. Do a search. Or better yet, try a google search. Do you even read what you are posting?

  6. Yes, we know a sure-fire fade. I went long (to close a short) in the pre-market at 332. You are proof that markets aren't efficient. The fact that you are batting 0.000 may be a violation of physical laws.

I would assume any psych experiment involving you would result in ECT. I imagine that haircut of yours wasn't voluntary.

  7. XFree86 sucked. But yeah, it was Mach.

Was Netscape successful, ultimately? NeXT morphed into OSX, so I consider it *ultimately* successful.

  8. Im trying to be kind by letting you off the hook and explaining my role on this board. I am an internet troll. The role of a troll is to spark useless debate, threads that just seem to keep winding into nowhere and to generally piss people off. I think I am succeeding with you although I have come out into the open which is strange. When its obvious what I am doing, usually people back off because further debate is useless.

Say what you want like I speak gibberish or deserve electro-shock therapy, but my work is done here. I got you stuck into the troll trap and Im off. Why dont you go manage something at your firm? Firm must not be all that busy if you are on here wrestling with trolls.

    Have a good night!

If you're trolling you are doing an awful job!
I don't bother with news or other nonsense, except to be aware of the dates and times of major data releases. I never read the papers or watch television. I browse here and a few other places from time to time, but unless the news is specifically mentioned I'd never get it.

So, in short, your post was the only reason I traded AAPL today. If I had not seen your post, and followed up to see that the public were being scared out of their AAPL holdings I'd never have caught such a good move. I don't usually trade stocks so I don't keep a watchlist of big premarket changes or anything of that nature.

I think you are more of the anti-troll - actually providing a useful service. If you see another great fade, please post it here. Others may benefit.
