Incorrect data is not dealt with properly with platforms in general but being able to ajdust it yourself allows you to get back to trading if you are a chartist without too much hassle. You can remove outliers in Sterling charts by : 1."select chart data" in the chart and highlight the incorrect data. This opens the prices for the selected times. 2. Change the incorrect value to something more inline with the previous levels and you are good. (If you change symbols and come back the chart will revert back- solution: Open a new chart and leave the chart running without changing the symbol) 3. The other solution is to contact your head trader and ask Sterling to change the print from their end. This takes some time but will give a complete fix. Hope this helps.
