A post from white tiger at cure zone forums But let's not forget God's Pharmacy !!! A sliced Carrot looks like the human eye The pupil, iris and radiating lines look just like the human eye. And YES, science now shows that carrots greatly enhance blood flow to and function of the eyes. A Tomato has four chambers and is red. The heart is red and has four chambers. All of the research shows tomatoes are indeed pure heart and blood food. Grapes hang in a cluster that has the shape of the heart. Each grape looks like a blood cell and all of the research today shows that grapes are also profound heart and blood vitalizing food. A Walnut looks like a little brain, a left and right hemisphere, upper cerebrums and lower cerebellums. Even the wrinkles or folds are on the nut just like the neo-cortex. We now know that walnuts help develop over 3 dozen neuron-transmitters for brain function. Kidney Beans actually heal and help maintain kidney function and yes, they look exactly like the human kidneys. Celery, Bok Choy, Rhubarb and more look just like bones. These foods specifically target bone strength. Bones are 23% sodium and these foods are 23% sodium. If you don't have enough sodium in your diet the body pulls it from the bones, making them weak. These foods replenish the skeletal needs of the body. Eggplant, Avocados and Pears target the health and function of the womb and cervix of the female - they look just like these organs. Today's research shows that when a woman eats 1 avocado a week, it balances hormones, sheds unwanted birth weight and prevents cervical cancers. And how profound is this? .... It takes exactly 9 months to grow an avocado from blossom to ripened fruit. There are over 14,000 photolytic chemical constituents of nutrition in each one of these foods (modern Science has only studied and named about 141 of them). Sweet Potatoes look like the pancreas and actually balance the glycemic index of diabetics. Olives assist the health and function of the ovaries. Grapefruits, Oranges , and other Citrus fruits look just like the mammary glands of the female and actually assist the health of the breasts and the movement of lymph in and out of the breasts. Onions look like body cells. Today's research shows that onions help clear waste materials from all of the body cells. They even produce tears which wash the epithelial layers of the eyes.
There is so much shit that is wrong with your post that I dont even know where to begin. Don't get me wrong, all the foods you posted are healthy for you indeed....but making connections between shapes of something or the growth rate of something to the advantage of that food...seriously... bone is 2 to 2.5% sodium ...not 23% real science does not and will not (ever) make the connections that you just made...
Might he have meant 2.3 % ? what else did he state was untrue ? I found it interesting if what he said was true. I copied the post from here(and gave him credit for it ) and nobody disagreed with him http://curezone.com/forums/am.asp?i=1203982&s=1#i1
wheatgrass juice...been drinking it for many, many years. i rarely get sick, and when i do, i get better quickly. if you get it at jamba juice, skip the orange slice....the acidity of the orange counteracts the wheatgrass. its best to make your own. wait at least 30 min. before eating or drinking anything after the wheatgrass.
No one disagreed with him, so he must be right? Have you read the advice on that thread? Each one sounds more dumb than the other. What the original poster needed to do was get himself checked out by a real doctor. The whole thread is a case of the blind leading the blind. The one person who suggested eating meat was almost completely ignored when in fact his advice was probably the best. Take it from someone who actually does know how the human body works. I can point out a wrong fact in almost every post in that thread but... Not going to bother posting in this thread or commenting on this anymore as it simply is not worth it...you do as you please...
I'm reading "Eat to Live" right now and plan on going vegan in a couple of weeks. I had some further exchanges with NoDoji in chat which further emboldened me to do this. It's certainly not for everyone, but it speaks to me anyway. I toyed with going veg 25 years ago, but books like "Eat to Live" didn't exist in the mainstream press. I'm a relatively thin person but I have chronically high cholesterol and don't want to take pills to control it. Being a scientist by education, I'm really looking forward in a nerdy way to see what this does.
Steve, Go for it, I hope the diet works wonders for you. But I would feel remiss, as an MD, if I did not tell you that you are playing with fire. High cholesterol puts you at extremely high risk for cardiac events and stroke. Please--first take the pills. Then see if the diet allows you to wean yourself off of them. Mary
Is this healthy? This mornings breakfast.. finished the bacon, egg, and cheese on English muffin. Now ready to dig into cinnamon bun. <IMG SRC=http://elitetrader.com/vb/attachment.php?s=&postid=2325895>
I appreciate your input, but one thing I failed to mention is 1) there is no family history of cardiac problems. 2) I'm a runner. and 3) My diet is actually better than the average American (which really ticks me off.) My cholesterol is high-ish but not through the roof. It's like 215 last I checked. If I can get it down to the mid-100's I'll be fine. I intend to try this diet out and see my doc after a few months just for this purpose. My main life worry is cancer; that's my family history. I'm managing this risk very aggressively (colonoscopies, etc).
You can find everything you need within a good homebrewed bottle of lager, you guys are wasting time.
