"Putz" refers to someone who does not grasp the situation. You responded without in any way addressing the point. An example does not disprove. "that were backed by my own and signed" makes absolutely no sense. "Try a search on Green Trader, or Trader's Tax" does not help with respect to this thread. Most posters answering a question like this are clueless. If you have been around awhile, you should know this, but apparently not... Most of the responses are not from "CPAs." And most people asking questions accept many responses that are partially to fully baseless.
