Starting Accrual Balance

can someone explain me whats Starting Accrual Balance? im with IB and i see "Starting Accrual Balance -53.16" in the statements.dunno what that means

sd4, the IB website has an excellent search feature towards the top right . please try to utilize the web site first as quite often the information clients seek is readily available.
