Here is article by Pat Buchanan published today. http://www.theusdaily.com/articles/viewopiarticle.jsp?id=2552&type=Opinion Did Hitler Want War? Patrick J. Buchanan On Sept. 1, 1939, 70 years ago, the German Army crossed the Polish frontier. On Sept. 3, Britain declared war. Six years later, 50 million Christians and Jews had perished. Britain was broken and bankrupt, Germany a smoldering ruin. Europe had served as the site of the most murderous combat known to man, and civilians had suffered worse horrors than the soldiers. By May 1945, Red Army hordes occupied all the great capitals of Central Europe: Vienna, Prague, Budapest, Berlin. A hundred million Christians were under the heel of the most barbarous tyranny in history: the Bolshevik regime of the greatest terrorist of them all, Joseph Stalin. What cause could justify such sacrifices?
I've talked with people that lived in Russia in that time period.. one guy spoke of people that had operations pushed out to the street with blood seeping through bandages.. he said the people running the health system just didn't care about patients much at all... The strangest stories came out when the Berlin wall fell and people could communicate with the West.. I recall reading that a soft drink dispenser typically had one cup and everybody drank from it and diseases were spread... another story was about miners in the Siberian area.. they went on strike because they wanted heat in their living quarters like the local commie leader had... this was after many decades of communism, they grew up and lived their whole lives in the Siberian cold without heated living quarters... Marxism controlled 3/5 of the land mass of earth at one point... now it only controls American voters LOL..
Are these trials for war crimes EVER going to start up? If somebody had a case wouldn't they bring it before a court? LOL You guys can't convict so you keep up with the accusations, I know how it works.. and when these accusations are refuted so plainly that even people in your camp can see then it's on to the next set of accusations... LOL... bunch of loser cry babies...
N. Korea Says âWeaponizingâ Plutonium, Offers Talks http://www.bloomberg.com/apps/news?pid=20601087&sid=ajJKo3e4ojbg N Korea begging huh? Looks more like strong armed extortion to me.
And Obama isn't paying them off like Clinton and Bush did. Under Bush and Clinton when Korea huffed and Puffed,Bush and Clinton gave them food, oil and money. They are trying that shit with Obama and it isn't working . Obama is just ignoring them and treating them like the peasants that they are. They thought after meeting with Clinton and letting the girls go Obama would be ready to give them aid, didn't work now they are back to nuclear bluffs.Obama has already made it clear The US is ready for full scale war against them while he is not concerned about their threats BTW,Korea built their nukes under Bush.Another Bush fuck up that Obama has to deal with but he is handling it well
there is good reason to believe that he wants to rid the US of old people by denying them health resources.
This marginally interesting thread somehow managed to devolve into a discussion of modern politics. What silliness... The whole premise that you can take two historical figures and somehow objectively conclude that one was more evil than the other is ludicrous beyond belief. What are you going to base it on? Number of people killed? Motivation behind the killings? Eventual outcome of the policies? If you look at just Russia, there's so much ambiguity surrounding the important historical figures. Were Ivan the Terrible and Peter the Great evil? Who was more evil, Stalin, Peter or Ivan?
