Spydertrader, Could you explain a bit about why this is a stall bar? A stall in the uptrend or the temp. downtrend? For the uptrend we had a possible FTT at 14:05, went down but by the close of 14:10 looked like a dip, 14:15 didn't get inc black so could be an HVS or dip. 14:20 went into the FBP. Looking at the down tape doesn't really fit as a stall. If it is a stall in the uptrend, the lower high is what may be throwing me here. What did I miss? -EZ <img src=http://www.elitetrader.com/vb/attachment.php?s=&postid=1635614>
13:20 bar was fun, for a second there i thought it was July again. Thick blue line is a CO from yesterday's afternoon. Thick black is a 4-5 day trend. Nice how it bounced off that. Otherwise, following stocks continues to help with my ES "watching".
You missed nothing. I did. I mislabeled the flaw on my chart. I should have labeled it as an HVS. Thanks for bringing it to my attention. See what happens when I don't double check myself. - Spydertrader
Bar 8 was being formed when I snagit, subsequently the price came through the symmetrical triangle with increased volume. Initially I didn't understand the significant of these pennants.
My 44 bars ...... I have a question if you have a UP or Down tape and the last bar Is whit range smaller that previous bar and the volume is bigger that previous Do you consider the High on this bar if is Up tape as resistance or the low of this bar as temporally support...if down tape is present ???????? I mark some samples of bars like this on My chart..... best regards Mr_Black
