Update... We'll see if my perceived R2R turns out be be a pace change in the Forest. Had to tweak my Gaussians again, sorry for the sloppiness... Have a good weekend everyone, spooz
Another update... Ok, the market told me my R2R wasn't a R2R in the Forest, right? I decided to put up a 15 min chart for comparison and to see what the zoomed in (traverse) R2R looks like zoomed out. Note the red 15 min 12:45 bar BO'd the Long Forest channel. But it's only one bar. And it's decreasing from the previous red bars. I guess I'm wondering if the Forest widened on dereasing red, using the 15 min fractal. Maybe I'm still too zoomed in and need to pay more attention to longer fractals, especially on perceived X2X's. Any comments? spooz
Hi, Just a question. Note the attached charts. Moment 1: we have an uptrend and just had VE. Everything fine. We got higher volume (+ higher price) than the previous peak so we can continue. It's very obvious at the moment we are having a flaw (hitch or dip) because volume based on PRV will obviously, mathematically impossibly, not be higher than 40% of previous bar with 42 more seconds to go. If such thing as a textbook flaw exists then this must be it. So I am holding long. There was no FTT whatsoever. Moment 2: Oops. What went wrong? regards, Ivo Moment 1: flaw, so hold long Moment 2: Oops!
Nothing. You experienced a Left Trend Line Bounce. See Syllabus - October "Other Signals for Change". - Spydertrader
Okay then. Can't wait to learn then when to expect a Left Trend Line Bounce.... In this case it means exit on RTL but I'd rather not have lost those 3 points. regards, Ivo
