VSR made FRV end of day but not MACD (negative) and Stochastics (negative) Three days no buys for me. Question for those using Quotetracker there are several Stochastic indicators which one do I use?
Ouch, I feel for you. Hopefully you can take some consolation in the fact that while you are there, you are helping me make some money! Some closure on DRYS. It hit my LTL today at 88.90 (hod), on the IT channel. I sold half the position and expect it to possibly rest or retrace a bit. I'm leaving half on for reasons totally unrelated to this stuff, and I may hold until expiration. Anyway, it was a solid trade, and when I got out it was almost a $19 move from my entry. Thanks Spydie, cnms2, and the rest who have contributed here! TNG <img src="http://www.elitetrader.com/vb/attachment.php?s=&postid=1618703">
I can't seem to get quotetracker to work tonight in terms of MACD and Stochastic indicators which are not showing up. Can anyone recommend another source to use to determine whether MACD and Stochastics have triggered a buy signal that can use the same parameters for these indicators indicated in Journal 1? For example would the clearstation macd and stochastics suffice?
ARGN hit FRV today but doesn't look like Stochastic indicator was met according to clearstation chart. No trades in three days for me using beginner methology.
Sweet- I had jury duty also on Monday and bought 1000 SOLF in the am before I left at $11.60. Decided to hold today. Good thing !!!!! Looks like I may want to sell tomorrow though, more than likely will get a pullback after 2 days of extreme volume.
Thx !! I haven't really been watching stocks until Ben's lowering. But I figured there would be a few days of excellent opportunities. Others have been- Yesterday bought FRPT @ 19.02 - now + 13.1% Today bought GSOL @ 21.37 - now +2.9% Friday XING @ 10.13, sold Mon @ 11.25 - +11% Today bought JADE @ 4.35 - now +28.2%, prolly sell at least half at open tomorrow - 8x normal volume !!! EDIT- gotta say that the last few months watching ES has allowed some "trickle down" for stocks. It seems waaay easier to see what's gonna happen in stocks now....
