  1. Thanks for your kind words regarding the Journal results, and for the advice with respect to Market System Analyzer. I'll look into it. Congrats once again on making the jump to full time trader. May you (and your girlfriend :D ) find it as rewarding as I have.

  2. To create the following lists of stocks, I used 90 RS and 80 EPS. Using 90 RS and 90 EPS resulted in an initial stocktables.com sort of too few equities.

  5. Hi SpyderTrader -

Awaiting your post for today. Meanwhile, as I told you last week, I picked up RTSX & today its surging upward again (making new highs on good volume - but as I write it seems to be leveling off).

What happened to this stock RE: Your Lists?

    Regards, cowpok1027

  6. I plan to have the morning review up shortly.

Nice trade with regards to RTSX. It has moved rather nicely for you over the past couple of days - especially today. RTSX still holds a place in my Final Universe List. In fact, the system triggered a trade signal for RTSX on Friday. Unfortunately for me, the signal occurred so late in the morning I chose to pass missing out on this excellent opportunity. Congrats to you on an excellent trade.

  7. 2005-09-12, Monday - Update

This morning, I monitored one list of stocks (9 total equities): Those equities from our daily Hot List and from our Final Universe List finding themselves "In Dry Up."

    Dry Up Stocks

CKCM CMT DCAI HANS JMDT MFLX NGPS SNHY VDSI

Our system generated five possible trade signals from the list of nine Dry Up Stocks when actual volume exceeded calculated "Low Band" Dry Up Volume prior to 11:30 AM.

    Dry Up Stocks Triggering Signal

    SNHY VDSI CKCM HANS NGPS

Dry Up Stocks NOT Triggering Signal

    CMT DCAI JMDT MFLX

SNHY did show price improvement ($20.64) at time of signal generation (9:46 AM). In addition, MACD Histogram showed a positive return (+.0034). Also, The Stochastic Indicator fell above desired levels (100.00). However, before I could place an order, price moved over 80 cents within a few seconds. Unable to receive a good fill price, I took no action with respect to trading SNHY. Those of you who were quick enough to receive a fill, excellent trade!

VDSI did not show price improvement ($9.73) at time of signal generation (9:55 AM). In addition, MACD Histogram showed a negative return (-.0857). Also, The Stochastic Indicator fell below desired levels (4.17). As a result, I took no action with respect to trading VDSI.

CKCM did show price improvement ($18.15) at time of signal generation (10:32 AM). In addition, MACD Histogram showed a positive return (+.0133). However, The Stochastic Indicator fell below desired levels (32.79). As a result, I took no action with respect to trading CKCM.

HANS did not show price improvement ($48.55) at time of signal generation (10:46 AM). In addition, MACD Histogram showed a negative return (-.3820). Also, The Stochastic Indicator fell below desired levels (29.19). As a result, I took no action with respect to trading HANS.

NGPS did show price improvement ($27.06) at time of signal generation (11:17 AM). In addition, MACD Histogram showed a positive return (+.0478). Also, The Stochastic Indicator fell above desired levels (93.67). However, since I received this signal so late in the morning and so close to our 11:30 AM cutoff, I took No action with repect to trading NGPS.

I continue to hold 1000 shares of IRIS from the $18.02 USD price point.

  9. I didn't. That should have been IRIS (from my purchase on Friday) and not SNHY - copy and paste error. Thanks for alerting me to the error.
