Spydertrader, I noticed the DU Lower Upper FRV Peak values on the Hershey rank 3.0 charts script at Wealthlab website SHIFT day to day. I thought the DU/FRV/Peak values were calculated from previous 5 cycles of 20% gain last 6 months. If so, I don't think the numbers should drift every day. They should remain constant until another 20% cycle is added to calculations, shouldn't they? I'm certain these numbers are shifting. Thanks for sharing your knowledge and experience!
Based on current market conditions (decreasing volume over the last several trading days), the numbers are shifting lower, and this is as expected. Keep in mind, Jack 'eyeballs' the lowest volume during any cycle. Ideally, the low volume (Dry Up) should occur before we see a volume and price break out of 20% or more. Although, this is not always the case. As volume has continued to fall across almost all Hershey stocks over the last few trading days, one would expect Low Band Dry Up Values to move lower each time a new volume low is reached. Hope that helped. - Spydertrader
I plan on extending the Holiday Weekend one more day taking tomorrow off from trading as well. Good trading to you all. - Spydertrader

Spydertrader I read the regulation concerning threshold, but can't figure out what it means. I only see it's stocks with 10,000 plus shares shorted and not delivered within 3 day settlement period. I think? It seemed to me the responsibilities lie with the brokerages and market makers, but I'm pretty much new and clueless. Should I just be cautious with threshold stocks or not short at all? As always, I am grateful for your help.
