I am not sure why, but I have different data than you. I got my signal at 10:38:40 when the volume was 45163. Is this another example of discrepancies between data providers? Here is a copy of my chart from Quotetracker.
Correct. Different data providers show different volume levels at slightly different times, and for total volume at EOD. With QCharts data, I had Low Band Dry Up Volume at 45,774 shares (slightly higher than your number). As a result, I did not receive a volume signal until a few minutes after you did. Hope that helped. - Spydertrader

Good Morning Spyder, I'm a bit confused about the why you didn't buy JMDT. How long did you wait before you realized the stochastic indicator was not at acceptable levels. I purchased this stock based on the attached chart. I'm confused at where I went wrong. Could you please comment -thanks. -smashandgrab
After reviewing your attached chart, it appears you use the one minute settings for your charts. I use a thirty minute chart. Jack recommends monitoring on the thirty minute fractal. I have attached a 30 minute chart of JMDT. As you can see, the Stochastics failed to breach the 80 level on the thirty minute chart below. Edit: I also noticed you have Stochastics set to (14,3,1) and not (14,1,3). I hope that helps. - Spydertrader <img src=http://www.elitetrader.com/vb/attachment.php?s=&postid=811803>
Growing pains -ugh!! Thanks Spyder for your response. Nice to know an answer is just a quick email away. Who know what pains I would have gone through to finally realize I was "interpreting" the system incorrectly. You really do a great service here. -smashandgrab
