HOT DAMN! I got it! Well, I have the list right. Now, let's see if I profit during paper trading. Todd, what are you holding right now?
well, the script is only the first part. You have to do the QChart and Stocktables scans to get down to the first list of stocks.
Using Yahoo Finance Key Statistics for Average Daily Volume, Float and EPS culling costs nothing. Also, using Jerry Medved's Quotetracker for daily monitoring provides a free alternative for intraday charting. Lastly, The Web Site Version of The Hershey Chartscript remains free of charge. By "publishing" The Web Site Version of The Hershey Chartscript on the Wealth-Lab.com Web Site, I agreed to allow Wealth-Lab.com to permit public use of the work. As a result, as long as the Wealth-lab.com Web Site remains operational, everyone will continue to have access to The Web Site Version of The Hershey Chartscript free of charge. - Spydertrader
Speed. Using QCharts to cull the original Stocktables.com sort takes me all of a few seconds. This time savings easily permits me to justify the added cost. I do NOT recommend spending money on additional time saving or charting software until you achieve profitability. Use the Free tools available to you until such time as you find yourself able to pay for the software from your profits. I used The Wealth-Lab.com Web Site and Quotetracker to trade for over a year before recently switching to Qcharts. It isn't the software that makes you profitable. - Spydertrader
Hi SwingOutOn5: You seem to be using a modified version of Jack Hershey, could you please share your script with us? Thanks a lot !!! Jim.ny
