Good morning Mark1. I understand we will have different lists because of data sources. The only reason I commented was because Spydertrader thought it wasn't on his hot list because of his StockTables settings. REDF does show up with RS@90 and EPS@80. Spydertraders data source must have shown earnings negative. I also had 95 stocks come up on scan. If I set both settings @80 I get 152 stocks. I set exchange on NASD only. Just my 2 cents. Good trading all.

  5. Nope, the real reason why REDF is not on the list is because Stocktables.com did NOT have REDF late last night. It just got it today! I don't know when or how they update their data. Maybe I should do my homework in the morning??

Can someone refresh my memory? What is the amount of time given for a stock who loses rank for removal of Final Universe List?

And what amount of time should be given for a stock that ATTAINS rank and complies with all prerequisites?

  7. My list for Weds:

    DCAI KNDL NFLX

I'll also watch RATE even though its V65 is a little below the 200k system guideline at 181k.

RATE also interests me as it has a SIR of 32% so I included it based on that parameter and my desire to see if stocks that meet the JH guidelines and have a high short interest ratio perform better than those that don't.

I closed my REDF trade out with about a 4% profit as it triggered the 5% trailing stop. I missed taking a partial 5% profit target as I didn't have my software configured properly. Now I do.

  8. At the end of each month, I evaluate the Final Universe. Any stock which lost its rank and failed to reacquire that rank within 30 days, finds itself removed from the Final Universe List.

As long as an equity maintains rank, I keep it in the Final Universe. If a stock continues to cycle (maintains rank), I don't worry about the other parameters - especially if I traded the stock profitably in the past.

The following stock has been ADDED to the Final Universe List as of 2005-12-07: MCHX.

MCHX was precisely the reason why I asked.

    Thanks Spyder.
