Marty, Thanks again for your java prog and planned upgrade. I use it almost daily. I selected 20% SIR as my definition of "high". The SIR I'm using is shares short / float. BTW-BOOM boomed yesterday and IMO one of the reasons it did so was it had a very high SIR of over 50%, the highest of any stock in my JH Universe. Short covering rallies in thinly traded stocks can be, well, boomers. Of the stocks on my list for today is NFLX, and it has a SIR of 35%. Doug PS-congrats to those in BOOM as it is way up in premarket.
If only I remember what you said about the short interest, the decision would have been very easy so I am definitely gonna add it to the program.
Agree, that is what got the buying started and then the "shorts" get real panicky when this happens and buy to cover and this adds to the buying making the move up even higher and faster. Doug
Yep, the usual adage is "buy it on the rumors, sell it on the news" but with high short interest, you might want to sit for the squeeze.
Long REDF 17.63 paper did you notice the little spike of volume and price just a minute before DU low band? They are front running this system , I tell you
Guilty, I got in at 1013 am est at 1754 as it was at 82% of Low Band DUV and looked like it would easily make the volume target.
I have it breaking my short term downttrend at 18.00. You guys are front running me Volume looks promising.
