Sorry about that. I only realized it after you mentioned it. Since I have a wide screen monitor and run a very high resolution on my monitor.

I will contact the adminstator to edit my message and remove the embedded image.

    RACK

    LBDU vol exceeded ~10:20

Passed on the signal because daily and 30 look more like a short candidate.

    EZPW exceeded LBDU.

Passed on signal because 30 minute indicators failed to meet criteria, and daily did not have increasing MACDh.

Spydertrader, on your DTLK chart how are you determining the slope of your upward sloping blue channel lines? The only points connected by your channel lines are the one at the bottom of the chart and the last bar. Does that mean you drew the lines when the last bar was formed and if so why?

  6. I drew in those lines as a temporary place holder - anticipating an FTT formation. If price continues lower, I plan to simply move the lines downward each night (adjusting the channel). It forces me to keep an eye on the stock each night. :D

  7. spyder, how soon are you able to spot an FTT?

The soonest I'm able to spot them is when we have a volume increase in the NON-dominant direction...

    is that what you're doing?

I'm assuming that you are also using some PRV checks to spot the FTT even sooner INTRaday rather than EOD.

  8. I normally don't notice the FTT until the evening - when I review all my charts. When i do notice the FTT formation, I place that stock on a watch list for the next day. Sometimes, I make an error, and what I thought was an FTT turns out to be soemthing else entirely. The market informs me quitie quickly when I have made an error.

  9. Attached, please find my interpretation of the 5 minute ES trends for today. In the interest of clarity, I have color coded the FTT - FBO / BO sequences to correspond with the apporpriate trend lines (thick). I use red and green skinny lines for the traverses.

As always, your mileage may vary.

  10. The only one that did me any good was one you dont have drawn in. Dont you adust your lines as the day wears on?
