I made a mistake, DTLK has earnings this week.

 

I took a tiny position in DTLK this morning.

Closed my DTLK for a 5% gain. With earnings just around the corner I decided to quit while ahead

i closed DTLK for 10% @ 10.62 and jumped into XING @ 15.05

 

Got in on OMNI and ANDE. It looks like energy is in favor again, at least for today.

What is your source for these earnings?

THe references I did find have the announcement/conference call on 10/18:

"MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Datalink Corporation (NasdaqTLK), a leading independent information storage architect, announced today that it will issue a news release Wednesday, October 18, 2006 before the stock market opens to announce third quarter earnings for 2006.

spydertrader, a while back I seem to remember you mentioning something about the volume in GROW causing distortions. In this type of situation could GROW have been a buy today despite the fact that it was below the DU calculated in your chartscript? Have you developed any rules for this type of situation?
